In fact, when I look at model like http://www.ideastorm.com/ ( Dell Ideastorm) and

It is great if PBWorks can incorporate ideas of students/ collaborators and put them on votes in order to create the list of idea executed.
With polldaddy.com or surveymonkey.com, you can generate polls on students' idea or whatever which needs consensus to be reached.
